Good diligence starts with the decision the research needs to support. An onboarding check, a transaction and a senior appointment call for different sources, depth and safeguards.
Our role is to examine the available record, assess its reliability and explain what it supports. The output must make uncertainty visible and leave the client able to distinguish a finding from an assumption.
Scope, source access, local support and reporting requirements are discussed before an assignment begins. The client retains responsibility for its decision and for obtaining legal or other specialist advice where needed.
